Most Naivasha properties are not lived in full time. Weekend homes, holiday cottages and short-let units need someone who works unsupervised, is reachable by phone, and can be trusted with keys for weeks at a stretch. That is a different hiring brief from a Nairobi household, and we treat it as one.
